The party that requests information is under obligation to pay reimbursement of expenses for photocopying, as well as mailing expenses.

Cost of photocopying:

Format А3 - 6 dinars per page;

Format А4 - 3 dinars per page.

Copy of the document in electronic format:

Disquette - 20 dinars;

CD - 35 dinars and

DVD - 40 dinars.

Copy of the document on audio tape 150 dinars.

Copy of the document on audio-video tape is 300 dinars.

Converting of a document from the physical to electronic format is 30 dinars.

Mailing expenses are calculated in accordance with the price list of the Public Company Postal Service “Serbia“.

The following entities are exempt from paying fees: journalists when photocopying documents for professional needs, associations for protection of human rights, when they copy documents in order to achieve goals of association, and all other entities when requested information is related to endangerment or protection of citizens and environment.
